Beyond this 30-day window, refund requests will not be accepted.

Circumstances for Refund Eligibility:

Discrepancies found in the FSC kit service.
Failure to receive the FSC kit despite payment.
Other specified reasons.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund:

Download and complete the refund request form, available here.
Submit the filled form in either Word or PDF format to [email protected].
Attach a copy of your bank transaction statement and any other pertinent documents to the email.

The VinFSC team will examine your application, assess the provided information, and reply within
1 business day.
